Black Dirt Feast
Some of the most distinguished chefs in the Warwick Valley will join forces with the Pine Island Chamber of Commerce for the 5th Annual Black Dirt Feast . This anticipated celebration of local farmers and restaurateurs pairs a sumptuous five-course al fresco meal with fine wines on the great lawn of Scheuermann Farms & Greenhouses. Read more

Annual Social/Installation of Officers
As the Chamber’s biggest annual social event, the social normally features live music, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. This event included the installation of officers and presentations for the Chamber’s annual Citizen of the Year and Youth Achievement Awards. Read More

Community Tree Lighting
Join friends and neighbors at the Pine Island Park Butterfly Garden for an annual community tree lighting event. Enjoy caroling, hot cocoa and treats as the evergreen is lit for the holiday season. Read More

Black Dirt Scholarship
The Pine Island Chamber has allocated a portion of the proceeds from the annual Black Dirt Feast for two scholarships to be awarded each year in the amount of $1,000 each, for students pursuing careers associated with agricultural study or culinary arts/hospitality. Applicants must be a resident of the Town of Warwick, NY, and be a graduating senior, in good academic standing. Students must also demonstrate a commitment to and involvement in community volunteer service or community work experience. Deadline April, awarded in May/June. Read More
