2011
Annual Black Dirt Feast
a great success!
This
annual al fresco fund-raiser, organized by Pine Island Chamber of
Commerce hosts Peter and Sondra Hall, is one of the area's eagerly
anticipated events. The 2011 Feast featured music from the Hudson
Opera Theatre, under the direction of Ron Defesi, and the Jeff Ciampa
Jazz Trio. The evening's menu offered paired organic and bio-dynamic
wines with locally grown produce and foods whipped up into delectable
culinary creations!
